Christmas Carol Book Test 2.0 – Flash Back Version

First developed by Black’s Magic and Josh Zandman in 2006, the Christmas Carol Book Test (1.0) incorporated Larry Becker’s “Flash Back” principle using very simple peek words. While the method certainly had its merits, we decided to improve upon the original in 2016 with an entirely new design. Aside from the the look, feel, and layout of the book itself, we intentionally eliminated Zandman’s principles from the 2006 version, and instead incorporated James L. Clark’s opposing word pair concept, which is a significant advancement. Not only are the words richer, they’re better woven into the text. Additionally, the positioning improves the inherent protections and make it almost impossitibe for someone to discover the gaff. The Christmas Carol Book Test 2.0 and the performance notes provided with the product were inspired by principles and concepts developed by Larry Becker, Richard Osterlind, James L. Clark, Banachek, Dick Christian, and others.
